The National Examination Board (NEB) has released details regarding the examination centers for the upcoming Class 12 annual examinations, scheduled to take place from the 14th to the 26th of Baisakh, 2081. These details have been published following the recommendations of the respective District Examination Coordinating Committees.

Key Examination Guidelines for NEB Class 12:
- Arrival Time: Ensure you arrive at your designated examination center at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers, arriving more than 15 minutes after the exam commencement, will not be permitted entry.
- No Make-up Exams: There will be no provision for makeup exams. Adhere strictly to the examination schedule.
- Emergency Policies: Exams will proceed as scheduled unless emergency circumstances dictate otherwise.
- Essential Materials: Remember to bring all necessary materials such as graph paper, charts, and log tables.
- Biology Exams: Students taking Biology must utilize a single answer sheet for both Botany and Zoology sections.
- Fixed Examination Centers: Examination centers are non-negotiable; changes are not permitted.
- Electronic Device Ban: Mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited within examination centers.
- Subject Overlaps: Any instances of subject overlaps must be reported to the NEB office within 15 days of this notice.
- Syllabus Adherence: Students are categorized based on adherence to either the new or old syllabus. Ensure you are aware of your registration status.
- Technical Stream Specifications: Technical stream students must adhere to specific guidelines based on their registration numbers.
- Updated Mathematics Syllabus: Take note of any updates to the compulsory and optional mathematics syllabi and prepare accordingly.
